Our Preschool program welcomes families into a play-based, gentle learning environment where little ones, ages 18 months thru VPK, feel safe, seen, and excited to explore.
For many families, preschool is their child’s first experience away from home — and that matters. As a result, we focus on gentle routines, play-based learning, and creating a space where little ones feel safe, loved, and confident.
Early learning options with the Cooperative School are part-time, ranging from 1-4 days for toddlers, 2-4 days for 2’s and 3’s, and 3-4 days for VPK. We also have before and extended care availability, as well.
Additionally, the Cooperative School at Northland loves to include parents as classroom helpers to set the stage for continued involvement in their children's education.
Cooperating in the classroom exposes parents to the capabilities of many children, giving the parents a unique perspective on their own child. The school seeks to promote community, provide accountability, and minister to parents as well as children. Helping in the classroom is voluntary, however, we strongly encourage your participation.
